Thank you for shopping at Eliksirum LLC. Because Eliksirum LLC supplies specialized chemical substances strictly intended for laboratory research and in-vitro testing purposes, our return and refund guidelines are strictly enforced to maintain product integrity, safety, and quality control.

1. Return Eligibility Window

  • 14-Day Policy: We offer a strict 14-day return window. You have exactly 14 days from the date your package was marked as "Delivered" by GLS to request a return. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

2. Strict Return Conditions

To prevent chemical contamination and ensure laboratory safety, returns are subject to the following mandatory conditions:

  • Unopened & Sealed: The product must be completely unopened, unused, and untampered with. The original factory vacuum seals, caps, and security packaging must be 100% intact.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, discreet shipping box and inner protective packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original order confirmation email or receipt must be included with the return shipment.

⚠️ Strict Exception: Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or sampled in a laboratory environment is immediately disqualified from being returned or refunded. We do not accept returns on compromised or exposed chemical substances.

3. Mandatory Return Process

Do not ship items back to our facility without prior authorization. Unsolicited returns will be rejected.

  1. Request Authorization: To initiate a return, you must contact our support team at office@eliksirum.com within the 14-day window.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the unopened product seals.

  3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the authorized return address. The customer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Eliksirum LLC is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

4. Inspection and Refunds

  • Inspection Stage: Once your return package is received, our quality control team will thoroughly inspect the seals and chemical containment units. We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the items.

  • Approval & Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically:

    • Credit Card Payments: The refund will be credited back to your original credit/debit card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

    • Cryptocurrency Payments: If you paid via cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC/BTC), your refund will be issued to your verified crypto wallet. The refund will be calculated based on the exact USD value of the order at the time of purchase, regardless of crypto market fluctuations.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios & Exemptions

Eliksirum LLC will NOT issue a refund or cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Customs Seizures: As explicitly stated in our Shipping Policy, any packages delayed, confiscated, held, or destroyed by local customs or regulatory authorities are entirely at the buyer's risk. No financial refunds are issued for customs actions.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is misdelivered or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer during checkout, no refund will be issued.
