Refund policy

If the delivered product is damaged, due to the error of the delivery person or other circumstances for which you are not responsible, we will deliver the same product to you without additional charge after receiving a photo/video of the damaged product and the delivered package or we will refund you the full amount of money at your request.
The buyer has the right to change his mind and cancel the purchase within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered. The buyer uses this right by notifying the merchant of the withdrawal from the contract, and returns the delivered goods in unused condition, and does so at his own expense. When the goods are returned, the merchant will refund the customer the full amount of the purchase.

We deliver via the Post Express delivery service of the Post of Serbia. Foreign shipments (receiving address outside of Serbia) are sent via the postal service PostExport. After passing the border and customs, further processing and delivery of the parcel is taken over by the local post office of the destination country. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days upon receipt of payment.
During certain periods, such as sale periods and special offers, delivery may take longer due to the high volume of orders received.

Delivery within Serbia: 2-5 working days
Delivery to Montenegro: 2-20 working days
Delivery to Croatia: 5-20 working days
Delivery to EU countries: 5-20 working days
Other countries: 5-30 working days

Goods delivered outside of Serbia go through customs procedures and may incur customs costs, depending on the value of the goods and the country of destination.
