At Eliksirum LLC, we are dedicated to providing a secure, efficient, and discreet shipping experience for our laboratory and research customers.

Serviced Regions: We ship exclusively to member states of the European Union (EU) and select neighboring European territories.

Restricted Areas: We do not ship to countries outside of the European region (including the United States, Canada, and Asia). Any orders placed from unserviced regions will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed, securely packaged, and dispatched within 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped during weekends or official public holidays.
Carrier & Delivery Timelines
To guarantee the highest level of reliability and package security, we ship exclusively through GLS (General Logistics Systems).

Shipping Method: GLS Standard Insured Shipping.

Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery time across all serviced European destinations is between 3 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Tracking: Every shipment includes a mandatory GLS tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered email address so you can monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
Note: All packages are shipped in 100% discreet, plain packaging with neutral return address details to ensure complete privacy and security during transit.
Customs, Import Regulations & Seizure Policy
As Eliksirum LLC supplies specialized chemical substances strictly intended for laboratory and in-vitro research use, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that the imported items comply with the local regulations of their destination country.

Assumption of Risk: Once a package is handed over to GLS and leaves our European Union fulfillment network, the title and full risk of loss transfer entirely to the buyer.

No Refunds for Customs Seizures: In the event that a package is delayed, held, confiscated, or destroyed by local customs authorities or regulatory bodies, Eliksirum LLC will not issue a financial refund under any circumstances.

Complimentary Reshipment Policy: While we do not offer monetary refunds for customs issues, we value our research partners. If your package is seized, we offer a one-time, complimentary (free) reshipment of your order, provided that you supply an alternative shipping address located in a secure, verified country with no prior history of customs complications.
Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods
If your package is lost in transit by GLS (status never updated to "Delivered") or arrives with visible physical damage to the inner research containers, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery date at office@eliksirum.com. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging to facilitate a swift replacement.
